Detective McWilliams investigates incidents
such as thefts, burglaries and other crimes. This position requires him to
collect evidence, conduct interviews of victims, suspects and witnesses.
He also instructs the department in defensive tactics, hand cuffing and in
the use of the Handler 12 device. Detective McWilliams is also a member of
the Zone 5 Tactical Team.
